One year old!

As of today my blog is 1 year old. When I first set this thing up I didn't have a clue what I would talk about, and I still don't. But, 58 useless entries later I'm still hanging on. That averages to a little over 1 entry per week (even though I would sometimes go a month or more between entries), so I guess that's pretty good.

I've posted my current stats below if anyone is interested. I think it's pretty obvious what the top viewed post was (by a landslide!). I blame the spam-bots.

Aaron West's Gravatar Congrats Eric! BTW anyone can view your stats by loading up stats.cfm. Unless you've locked that out that is.

Eric Cobb's Gravatar Thanks! Yeah, I knew about the stats file, I just wanted to record a snapshot of what my stats were at one year so I can compare them down the road.

Aaron West's Gravatar I wrote a cfm file that accepts a URL parameter for "year." It displays your stats for a specific year so you don't have to create snapshots and what not. Stats like how many hits a post have will obviously increase and change year to year, but the basics about how many posts you wrote in a year will stay the same in the report. I'll e-mail you the cfm if you want it.
